3.Hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin-Raw material for the production of ethylene-vinyl acetate polymer EVA and thermal plastic rubber TPR series hot melt dhesives.
4.FuSyn-22 is an ISO 22 premium synthetic alkylate. It offers excellent additive solvency, outstanding viscometrics and low temperature properties, low volatilities, high flash points and inherent hydrolytic stability compared favorably to traditional synthetic base oils, e.g. PAO, AN, and esters. This combination of properties/performance advantages makes FuSyn – 22 highly desirable and suitable as primary base oil or blend stock for many synthetic automotive and industrial applications.
Production process:
1.Alkyl benzene-After the dehydrogenation of raw material Normal Paraffin , benzene is then added and go through alkylation with hydrofluoric acid as catalysts to produce alkyl benzene.
2.Nonyl phenol-Alkylation process of Nonene and phenol.
3.Hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin-The yellow color C9 petroleum resin react with hydrogen gas in high pressure and high temperature process yield water white hydrocarbon resin.
